Bieber Fever rules: millions of fans took minutes to snatch up tickets to see Justin Bieber in concert, creating a sold-out summer tour sensation. Today the platinum-selling pop singing sensation announced he is adding two nights at Honolulu's Blaisdell Arena to the second leg of dates on his headlining tour of North America. Pre-sale packages, which include a fan club membership, for the second leg of the "My World" Tour will be available while supplies last through a special presale Thursday, July 15 between 10am-10pm; public on-sale will begin on Friday, July 16 at 9am.
